- Henryetta Medical Center does not send out itemized statements due to cost, however we are happy to send an itemized statement upon request.
- Why did I receive a bill from Henryetta Medical Center for lab work when I was never admitted as a patient?
- Many times the doctors associated with Henryetta Medical Center will send lab work to the hospital instead of sending it to another laboratory. If you are unsure, or have any further questions, please call the hospital at 918-650-1100.
- Why haven’t you filed my claim with my insurance carrier(s)?
- We may not have received a copy of your insurance card(s) at the time you were admitted. Please contact the Business Office at 918-650-1100 and we will be happy to take your insurance information over the phone.
